Getting started…
We’ve basically got two options for getting started, based on whether or not you’ve done CrossFit before.
Trained in a CrossFit or functional fitness gym before?
You’ll be able to jump right into our regular classes. You can come along for a free class to check the place out and we can talk through your membership options. To book your free trial class, CLICK HERE!
Totally new to CrossFit?
We have a beginners program that’ll bring you up to speed for our regular classes. The program takes place over 3 one-to-one sessions with one of our coaches, each session will last one hour and after your 3 sessions, you’ll be ready to join our group sessions. The best part is that our beginners program is totally free to all new members! This means that all you have to do is sign up for a membership, send us an email to let us know and we can schedule your first one-to-one session for a day and time that suits you.

Can I just come to a class to try it out?
We don’t do drop-ins or trial classes for anyone who hasn’t trained in a CrossFit gym or similar functional fitness gym before because we find that it’s not a great way to find out if you’ll like it or not. CrossFit is a constantly varied training program. Some days you’ll do your favorite kind of workout. Other days you’ll find more challenging. A one-off class just doesn’t do it justice. The magic is in the consistency, the community and the growth over time. Get started the right way by getting into our Fundamentals program. We promise you won’t regret it.
